Employee Hiring Program

 

Our company is currently seeking candidates for the following full-time positions:

  • Installation – Journeyman or Apprentice
  • Service – Journeyman or Apprentice
  • Installation/Service Coordinator – Survey and project management

Please let us know if you have anyone that you can refer. We are offering the following incentive for anyone that provides a candidate that is hired by the company – based on the following conditions:

  • Candidate has at least 18 months of prior sign installation or service experience.
  • Candidate has all of the required licenses to start work including: CDL, First Aid Card, Electrical License or Electrical Apprentice Card that is current, valid driver’s license with very good driving record.

Candidate meets all requirements of employment while working at NSC. Candidate work a minimum of 2000 hours of employment at NSC to get paid second payment.

  • $500.00 to employee that refers new service/installer after 45 work days.
  • $500.00 to employee at first anniversary of employment.
