Subject: Client Feedback Surveys

 

We will be utilizing a client feedback survey to gain more insight on what we need to do and how we need to do it along with using it as a means to gain referrals from our existing clients.

  1. Upon fully completing a project, advise your client to be on the lookout for a client feedback survey request from “the National Sign Corporation marketing department,” that asks for their feedback as well as a new client referral. Note that there is a free Brown Bear car wash coupon incentive that they can receive for completing it.
  2. Let marketing know who to send the survey to, providing their name and email address.
  3. Marketing will confirm the completion of the survey and give the sales representative a coupon to hand deliver to the client.
  4. If marketing is not available, Areli will do so.
  5. Deliver the coupon to your client and if no referral was given at the time of the survey, use this as another opportunity to get one.
  6. Follow up with the referred client within a week of the referral.
  7. Marketing will deliver and report all the surveys to the appropriate team members.
